Opera House and Sony: Realising creative visions together
Billabong2009 saw Sony Australia become a Major Partner and the exclusive entertainment technology partner of Sydney Opera House. The partnership and association will enhance the technological capabilities for one of the world's leading performing arts centres, ultimately producing new ways for Sydney Opera House to capture, create and deliver its performances.

Visitors to the iconic Bennelong Pont in central Sydney will see the partnership come alive with Sony's cutting-edge technologies used across many different areas including the roll-out of new electronic poster sites around the precinct highlighting the events and activities on the arts calendar.

This is a relationship with imagination and creativity at its heart.
