Sony’s new Home Cinema System brings movies to life

HTRT3

Sydney, 20 May 2015 Blow out your ear drums with room-shaking power! The new HT-RT3 5.1ch surround Sound Bar system from Sony now makes having a home cinema a reality for many homeowners, delivering a phenomenal 600W of power through a slim, stylish Sound Bar plus dedicated subwoofer and rear speakers – all in just a few seconds of setting up!

Setting up the HT-RT3 is refreshingly straightforward, with fewer boxes and wires to worry about than regular 5.1 systems. Simply plug it in to your TV via HDMI, wire up the speakers via the colour-coded connections, and you’re all ready to watch your favourite movies.

Expect deep, room-filling sound with a 3ch Sound Bar, and be enveloped in real surround sound when you pair it to the subwoofer for a loud and strong bass, bringing your movies to life. The two rear speakers ensure the delivery of a balanced, wide frequency audio response. Equipped with S-Master Digital Amplifier, the HT-RT3 produces only the purest sound quality by minimising distortion.

Streaming music through the sound bar has never been easier. With Bluetooth on board, you can enjoy music playback streamed wirelessly from your smartphone. One-touch connection via NFC technology further removes the need for complex set-up sequences.

Pricing and availability
The HT-RT3 5.1ch surround Sound Bar system will be available in Australia for SRP $499 from late May onwards.
