Common issues encountered when using the Music Center (SongPal)application with a personal audio system.

The following maybe experienced when using the Music Center(SongPal)application with the personal audio system:

  • Bluetooth connection fail between the personal audio system and smartphone.
  • The menu options of the personal audio system are not displayed on the smartphone.
  • The personal audio system does not respond with Music Center (SongPal).

This may occur if the connection between the personal audio system and the Music Center (SongPal) application was not properly configured or established. To resolve the issue, reconnect the personal audio system with the Music Center(SongPal)application in your mobile device by following the steps below:

For Android mobile devices:

  1. Touch the Menu button (3 dots on top bar) on the mobile device.
  2. Select Terminate Connection.
  3. Turn off the network and BT STBY feature of the personal audio system, then turn the personal audio system off.
  4. Turn on the personal audio system again then connect to the mobile device via Bluetooth.
  5. Relaunch the Music Center (SongPal) application on the mobile device.

For iOS mobile devices:

  1. Press the Home button on your iOS mobile devices to close the application.
  2. Disconnect Bluetooth connection from setup of your iOS mobile device.

  3. Turn off the network and the BT STBY feature of the personal audio system.
  4. Turn on the personal audio system and reconnect mobile device using Bluetooth.
  5. Relaunch the Music Center (SongPal) application on the mobile device.
