The speech of the person wearing the headset may not be detected and the Speak-to-Chat mode may not activate if the sound volume is loud, the headset is not worn properly, or the volume of the spoken voice is low. If this is the case, try the following:
- Speak more slowly
- Speak in a louder voice
- Make sure the headset is being worn correctly
- Turn down any music playing
- Using the Sony | Headphones Connect app, set the Speak-to-Chat feature to H Sensitivity
