I cannot access the support page with an Error from the QR code on SmartHelp.

Try to access the support page by the following alternative method:
- On the mobile device, tap the
icon on the top left of the screen.
- Select the Support tab, and select Self Support.
- Type the TV model name into the search bar and tap Search. The product detail information will be displayed.
Note: If you continue to have issues accessing the support page from the QR code, update your TV's software to the latest version.
