I cannot execute "ActiveX Control".

When you execute "ActiveX Control" on the Internet, system files necessary for executing "ActiveX Control" are automatically installed. When such operation is done under the restricted user authority, however, the files are not automatically installed as it is prohibited. Display home pages using the user authority higher than the standard user.
