Why does the Optical Drive stop responding after inserting a Video CD?
The Optical Drive stops responding after inserting a Video CD.
This problem occurs is due to the Sonic Writing PxEngine of Drag'n Drop CD+DVD.
Please refer to the following steps to check the version of Sonic Writing PxEngine:
1. Right-click Drag'n Drop CD+DVD on right side of the taskbar and click About Drag'n Drop CD+DVD.
2. Check the Writing Engine Version.
3. If the Sonic Writing Engine Version is version 1.6.17.502, please click here to upgrade the Sonic Writing PxEngine.
