I cannot access the network service contents of the Google play Store, Movies & TV, Music (Google play), YouTube or Games applications.

    These applications require an Internet connection and the correct Date & time settings. Follow the steps below to make sure that your BRAVIA TV is connected to the Internet and that the Date & time settings are correct.

    NOTE: The Date & time settings can also impact the following functions. If the Date & time settings are not correct, these functions may not work properly.

    1. Check network status.
      1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
      2. Select Help.
        For Android™ 8.0, select Apps, then select Help.
        NOTE: You can also display the Help screen by pressing the HELP button on the remote control.
      3. Select Internet connectivity symptoms.
          
    2. Set the Date & time settings. For details, refer to the following article:

      NOTE: The Date & time settings can also impact the following functions. If the Date & time settings are not correct, these functions may not work properly.

      • Search / Voice Search
      • Voice Actions
      • Backdrop (screen saver with scenic pictures)
    3. If only certain application still does not work after performing above steps, please perform Clear data and clear cache of the application.
       
    4. If all the applications are still not working, please perform reset on your TV.
