Troubleshooting steps for locating new 9 Network Channels
Recently the 9 Network made some changes to their channels and unless you have auto tuning set you may have difficulty locating them. To locate the channels you will need to re-tune your set, the process should take no longer than 5 minutes.
Follow the steps below for ANDROID TVs:

Press the [HOME] button of your remote controller.

Go to the Settings menu, located at the bottom of the Home screen.

Select Settings → Channel Setup → Digital Setup → Digital Tuning → Digital Auto Tuning.

When asked "Do you want to start Auto Tuning?", select Yes.
Follow the steps below for all other models:

Press the [MENU] or [HOME] button of your remote controller.

Choose one of the options below that best matches the menu structure found on your TV:
Option A
Use the arrow buttons on your remote and select Settings → Digital set-up → Digital Auto Tuning.
Option B
Use the arrow buttons of your remote to select Settings → System Settings or Set-up → Channel set-up → Digital set-up → Digital Auto Tuning. -
When asked Do you want to start Auto Tuning?, select Yes or OK.
Note: Depending on your TV set, the naming of the menus may slightly differ.
In both cases the TV will rescan all available broadcasts and update the channel list.
