    Check the following.

    1. Check that device discovery is performed on an Amazon Alexa-enabled device.
    2. Check whether the TV name is displayed in the Amazon Alexa app.

NOTE: The Amazon Alexa app is a mobile application provided by Amazon.

      • If the TV name is not displayed in the Amazon Alexa app:
Perform device discovery again with the TV Control Setup with Amazon Alexa app on the TV.
      • If the TV name is displayed in the Amazon Alexa app:
The Amazon Alexa-enabled device may not be able to recognize the TV name correctly. Change the TV name from the TV Control Setup with Amazon Alexa app on the TV.
There are two ways to change it.
        • Select the TV name from the list displayed in the TV Control Setup with Amazon Alexa app.
        • When setting your desired TV name, use a simple name that Alexa can easily recognize and in the same language set in the Amazon Alexa app (the language used to speak with Alexa).
After changing the TV name, perform device discovery.
