Check that the headset is correctly set into the charging case.

    • Check that the left and right units of the headset are correctly placed when inserted in the charging case.

    • Check that the arch supporters are correctly fitted to the headset.
      If the arch supporters are misaligned, the headset cannot be correctly set in the charging case.
      Check that tab of the arch supporter is inserted into the groove of the headset.

    • Push the headset with your finger and check that the headset is completely inserted in the charging case.
      When the headset is inserted into the charging case, it is set when it clicks and is locked in place.

    Did the charging indicator turn on after trying the procedure above?

    • Indicator lights up

      The issue occurred because the headset was not correctly set into the charging case.
      Wait until the headset is fully charged. 

    • Does not light up
