Does the headset produce sound when you perform the following operations in order?

    1. Initialize the headset.
      NOTES: 

      • When you initialize the headset, the headset returns to the factory settings and deletes all Bluetooth pairing information.

      • The location of the power indicator and initializing method differ depending on the headset. For details, refer to the manual supplied with the product.

      The following are examples on how to initialize the headset.
      WH-1000XM2 / WH-1000XM3 initializing method

      WI-C400 initializing method

    2. Delete the Bluetooth device information of your playback device.
    3. Perform pairing again.
    • Produces sound

      There seems to have been an issue connecting with the playback device, such as Bluetooth pairing being disconnected.

    • Does not produce sound
