Change in sign-in method for services/applications for TVs and Headphones (For customers who sign-in with Amazon/Apple/Facebook/Google)

    Sony will unify the IDs used in product services and applications for TVs or headphones to Sony account*, in order to provide more convenient use of the various services offered by Sony Group.

    Please follow the guidance for each service/application to migrate to your Sony account, as use of the “Sony’s Cloud Service for Home Entertainment & Sound Products ” currently accessible with Amazon/Apple/Facebook/Google ID will not be available from July 2024.

    • Sony | 360 Spatial Sound Personalizer
    • INZONE Hub
    • TV Control with Smart Speakers
    • TV 3D surround (Hearing profile)
