

Television, AV Receiver, Set Top Box (HDMI or Component)
The below diagram shows the most common connections for your configuration. For each connection type, a colour is used to make the diagram easier to understand. More information on connection types can be found here. Choose your preferred type of connection or quality level from the diagram below, but remember that when using component connection (indicated by the blue colour) you also need to connect an RCA Stereo Cable, or a Digital Coaxial cable, or an Optical cable to your television set or AV receiver to output sound, as component cable does not transmit sound.
