Terms and Conditions for Sony Bluetooth Accessories

Sony Thai Co., Ltd. ("Sony") warrants this SONY product against defects in MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP, on the following terms and conditions:

The warranty extends only to Sony products purchased in Thailand and from authorized dealer with the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Please keep your ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT and present it for verification when required.

The warranty excludes and does not cover any damage, loss, malfunction, defect or other issue arising from or related to: (a) act of God, (b) negligence, (c) accident, (d) corrosion, (e)unauthorized modification, (f) repair by any person not authorized and approved by Sony, (g)lack of or improper maintenance or care, (h) abuse or misuse, (i) inappropriate or improper installation, set-up, voltage connection or use, (j) signal reception or tuning of channels or stations, (l) the finish or exterior of the product, (m) any consumables (e.g.. batteries, tapes etc.) or software supplied with the product, and/or (n) use of the product with another product ,accessory or software, and/or (o) defaced or missing serial numbers .

Sony shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, consequential or economic damage or loss (including loss of profits, use, data, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunities and loss or deletion of or modification to data, software or information) arising from or related to the warranty (including Sony's services under it). Sony's liability under or in relation to the warranty (including Sony's services under it) shall be limited to the cost of replacing the product with the same or an equivalent product, or of repairing the product, whichever is lower. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, Sony disclaims all other warranties (express or implied) with respect to the Product, including but not limited to any implied warranties for merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Sony shall, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective Product(s) or replace the defective Product(s) with an equivalent Product (at no additional cost), where the Product(s) are faulty due solely to defective materials or workmanship. Any components of the Products which are replaced or removed by Sony shall be the property of Sony. Any repairs done or replacements provided to any of the Products will not extend the warranty term for any of the Products.

Sony's decision on any matter relating to defects, workmanship or materials in relation to the product, or on any other matter arising under the warranty where Sony is required to make a decision in its discretion, shall be final and conclusive and you hereby agree to abide by Sony's decision.

Please keep your ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT from the Sony Authorized Dealer and present it together with this warranty card to Sony Service Reception for verification when required. Any modification, amendment or defacement to or of the receipt shall render this Warranty void.

Verification is only available at Sony Service Center and Sony Authorized Service Center. You shall be responsible for and bear the cost of transporting the Product to Sony Service Reception. After the servicing is completed, you shall also be responsible for collecting it from the same location.

Sony reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

The Warranty is non-transferable, and none of the rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions may be assigned or transferred.
