This is my first Sony setup, the A7v body with a 24-70 lens. It won’t be the last Sony dedicated lens I buy.

Good for indoors and daily companion. Good wide angle and comparatively better zoom

Better than expected for the kit lens so long as you understand and work with its limitation. I will likely be replaced with something just a bit wider and a little bit longer in due course. Lightweight, so combined with the mirrorless bodies it's a relatively joy to carry. Just don't expect it to perform like the G Master series and you'll be fine.

Basically you get what uou piad for, very basic lens , could have bought better lens by putting some extra money.

This is a very nice lens and works well with the @7IV. Its a compact size too and not heavy.

This is a great lens. It can do most anything in a professional manner.

Got this as a kit lens and didn’t have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised with the results, nice and sharp pictures and a good easy to carry unobtrusive lens

Just tried it out down at the Broadwater on the Gold Coast perfect exactly what I wanted, as usual with Sony perfect. Never looked back after finding the Sony products. Toyota of the Camera world

Considering that this is a so called "kit" lens, and doesn't cost a lot, it's remarkably good. If you are just getting used to your Sony camera, this lens is more than adequate to go through that stage and somewhat beyond. Definately a good lens to learn with.

I purchased this lens with my Sony alpha 7m4 real waste of money.i thought it will be good kit lens but it's the worst product that Sony make.please don't sell this kit lens with camera.the Impression of Sony will be gone.i tired to sell that lens but nobody wants it. I bought this as well as a Sony Alpha A 7 IV camera system. The lens is a great pairing with the camera and is designed for traveling. The small size and quality of the construction gives me great confidence in making a variety of shots whether they are buildings or individual portraits. I also like the weather protection that is advertised for this lens.

This product has given me high quality photos and it is great for beginners because it is easy to use. The value on this product is outstanding and you really get your money’s worth. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this lens as part of a kit. The images are sharp and the AF is fast and precise. The lens is very quiet too which I like.
