I have bought it two weeks ago after testing it and I'm glad that I did it. I really love it

I have a GM1, but since I’m going to get the A7V, I want to pair it with the new GM2. The 85mm GM1 has always been my go-to lens, and it has never failed me—especially on my A7IV.

I brought 2 cameras to take photos on my holiday and I kept using the 85mm rather than the 24-70mm. I prefer using a zoom lens until I used this 85mm. Now, I am a prime lens fan. The pictures look much better using the prime.

Good product. Needs to be bit lighter. Mostly i used 85mm 1.8. Now i got this.

Your accessories flash HVL-F60RM2 is so disappointing I bought a month ago broke in less than a week only used 2 times. It's disappointing that it doesn't have a warranty. I bought it for 25k.

I used my 85GM mark 1 for 3 years and have been quite happy with the performance. However, this new GM2 is even better with super-fast auto focus, particularly paired with my A7RV camera. It is lighter and smaller. I strongly recommend anyone who is interest in this lens to try it out and, I am sure you will love it!

Super sharp images. Focusing is fast. Silent sharp shooter lens!! Excellent!

Very light weight but still one of the best performing prime lenses from Sony. This lens is Japan made.

Like many others I have been waiting years for the mark 2 version of this lens. I am very impressed with it for portriats, action and landscapes.

I bought this lens having loved a 90mm Lieca lens when shooting film and have no regrets. It is amazingly sharp, great for landscapes and portraits, handles difficult lighting extremely well and very light weight.

Pleased I waited for the new version of this lens which is lighter and gets better reviews on image quality. Very clean and crisp lens, very quick auto-focus. Quite expensive but I prefer to stay with the G and GM lenses.

I bought the first 85 GM years ago, but it was always a bit slow to focus. The new 85mm GM II is much faster, and has lost a bit of weight around the middle, too. If you want an A1 or A9 to run at its blistering best, this is the 85mm lens you need.
