These are not my favourite headphones. I can’t run with them because they keep falling out my ears no matter which tops I place on the ear buds. The set up was over complicated for what these are. They keep turning themselves off. When I’m doing stuff around the house and have them on, I can’t move my head too much as it pulls them out my ears. I’ve already lost one set as they fell off my shoulders whilst I was shopping and I had to speak to someone. I didn’t realise until a little later. My daughter bought me a second set and I still feel the same way. They’re too expensive and there are cheaper sets that play better.

I bought this last month and it was a worth it purchased. It’s actually surprised me for how light the weight and the audio is quite good, even its lack of noise canceling. The audio customization that connected to the app is very useful to increase the sound quality. Also, it’s good to have an audio device that suitable in a humid area cause it’s less me worrying about getting splash by the water or even sweat.

I have bought these before. Treat them well and they'll last long! Battery is okay, bluetooth connection stable, comfy in the ears, great mic! Harder to lose your earphone since it's connected by wire, love this part. Best for indoor use, doesn't come near to drowning out most noise outdoors. Great for watching content, listening to podcasts, or phonecalls. Definitely not the best for listening to music (i dont really listen to music). It does what i need it to :)

Bad crackling in one ear

I was replacing a pair of c100s I bought 14 months ago. The left ear died. I've now purchased 3 pairs over the last 5 weeks. Each pair has distortion in one ear. First 2 it was left ear 3rd was right ear. It's not at higher volumes either. It's a distinct crackle at all volumes. Very irritating when listening to podcasts. Not as bad with music but you hear it and the balance is off. I've sent an email to support with no response

Plastic on buttons is defective. Sony won't repair

I bought this because I had loved the specs. The plastic covering the buttons disintegrates, made of poor quality. Sony won't do a warranty claim, cause they say is accidental damage. Purchase knowing this issue. I won't buy this product or maybe another Sony product again.

I've had these headphones for about six months and love them. The connectivity is superb. They are very comfortable, the sound is great and the battery last all day. They very quickly recharge. I just bought these for my stepson and he loves them as well.

I purchased my first pair of these at least 10 years ago (and bought a spare set 4 years ago). I use them for listening to podcasts while working as a handyman. They have been dropped repeatedly, filled with sweat, exposed to chemicals, left in the Australian sun, exposed to blizzards and worn while jackhammering. They still work as new, the battery would have done at least 2000 charge cycles and still lasts at least 8 hours per charge. Make sure you buy your preferred aftermarket ear tips to go with these - the supplied ones are comfortable but too slippery for jogging.
