When paired with a compatible camera, the release time lag for the RMT-P1BT wireless remote commander, or the RMT-VP2 wireless remote commander and GP-VPT3 multi-function shooting grip, is approximately 0.05 seconds*.

Note: If you do not operate the wireless remote commander for 11 seconds, it will automatically disconnect from the camera. You can reconnect it to the camera by pressing any button on the device. However, it will take longer for the wireless remote commander to respond after the button is pressed.
