The illumination LED on the INZONE KBD-H75 keyboard does not light up
If the illumination on the INZONE KBD-H75 does not light up, check the following:
- Keyboard settings
- If ULTRA LOW LATENCY MODE is ON, the illumination will not light up. Press the Esc key while pressing the Fn key, or go to Device Settings in the INZONE Hub software to turn off ULTRA LOW LATENCY MODE.
- The brightness setting of the illumination may be set too low. To increase the brightness, press the Fn key while pressing the upward (↑) key, or go to Lighting Settings in the INZONE Hub software to increase the brightness.
- Check the Lighting Settings in the INZONE Hub software and make sure the setting is set to something other than OFF.
- Connection to the computer
- Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C® cable.
- Disconnect the USB Type-C cable from the computer's USB port, wait a few seconds, and then reconnect it.
- Disconnect the USB Type-C cable from the keyboard's USB port, wait a few seconds, and then reconnect it.
- Try connecting to a different USB port on the computer (if available).
- Connect the keyboard directly to the computer, not using a USB hub.
- Computer settings
- Use a supported Operating System (OS). If you are using an unsupported OS, the issue may occur.
- Some software may not be compatible with the keyboard.
- Closing unnecessary apps or windows, or restarting the computer, may improve the issue if it occurs when playing games on your computer.
