When encountering the error message, perform the following troubleshooting steps:

If this issue happens, please do the following:

  1. Please check network condition:
    1. Press the HOME button on remote.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select System Settings.
    4. Select Set-up.
    5. Select Network.
    6. Select Network Set-up.
    7. Select View Network setting and status.
    8. Select Check Connection.

      Please confirm that network connection is OK. If not, please perform network connection again.
      1. Press the Home button on remote.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Select System Settings.
      4. Select Set-up.
      5. Select Network.
      6. Select Network Set-up.
      7. Select Set up network connection.
      8. Select Privacy Policy.
      9. Select Agree.
      10. Select Easy or Expert to set up your network.

  2. If the issue still happens, please perform software update via USB:
    1. Click  here to check how to update to the latest software update.
    2. Copy new software to USB memory.
    3. Perform software update via USB as below:
      1. Press the HOME button on remote.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Select Customer Support.
      4. Select Software Update.
      5. Select USB.

  3. If error message still appears and user is not able to update the TV, then please perform factory data reset.
    1. Press the HOME button on remote.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Customer Support.
    4. Select Factory Settings.
    5. Select Yes.
    6. Select Yes.
