Why can’t the backed-up audio data be restored in the Network Audio System “GIGAJUKE” anymore?

Following a security enhancement of the Authentication Server, as of September 28 2016, you will no longer be able to restore backed-up audio data from GIGAJUKE.

IMPORTANT: If you try to restore the back-up data after September 28 2016, all the audio data in GIGAJUKE will be deleted. Please do not try restoring the data.

If you wish to back-up music or audio data stored into the build-in HDD of your product, please use the USB Export function in "Transferring audio data to a USB storage device" to export your audio data to an external HDD device connected via the USB port on the product.
