The is limited number of items on Settings or apps on the Home screen.
There is a possibility that the TV is in Restricted profile mode.
Exit Restricted profile mode by following the steps below.
- Press the Home button on the remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select Security & restrictions in the Personal category.
- Select Restricted profile.
- Select Exit restricted profile, then enter the PIN code.
