Dear Valued Sony Customer,
Due to an issue with a data supplier in Australia our Network Program Guide has been affected resulting in some models of BRAVIA facing the following problems:
- Additional program information is missing in the Network Program Guide. The application name is “TV/Video Search” or “Guide and Search” depending on the models.
- Other features that utilise the Network program Guide data (for instance “Program Search via the Internet”) cannot fully function.
You will still be able to use the “Program Guide” application as only the Network Program Guide is affected.
A schedule for resolution is currently not available. As soon as it is clear, we will provide an update via this announcement.
