Follow the steps below.
- Press the HOME button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps in the TV category.
- Select desired apps in the System app category.
- Select Clear cache then OK.
If the issue is still not resolved, try the following steps.
- Select Clear data then OK, and on the screen that is displayed, select CLEAR ALL DATA then OK.
If the above steps do not help to resolve the symptom, please perform reset on your TV.
