Why does the Cancel/Reset screen appear when I turn off my Google TV™ using the remote control?

The Cancel/Reset screen appears when you press and hold the power button on the remote control for more than two seconds. To turn off the TV, press the power button on the remote briefly (for less than 2 seconds).

To close the Cancel/Reset screen, select Cancel on the screen and press the Enter button on the remote control.

Note:  If the Cancel/Reset screen appears even when you press the power button on the remote for less than two seconds, please update your TV software. For instructions, refer to the How to perform a software update article.
