Some channels or program information is unavailable in the EPG (BRAVIA 2 II (S20), BRAVIA 3 (S30) Series)

    The TV uses the program information and time provided in the broadcast to display the Electronic Program Guide (EPG). If you encounter an issue with the EPG, it may be because some broadcasters or operators are not transmitting all the required program information, or they are sending the wrong time.

    To resolve this, try switching to channels from other broadcasters or operators that provide the correct time. Next, relaunch the EPG. The program information from these broadcasters or operators should now display correctly in the EPG.
