How to set the PC in such a way that Jog Dial Window will display only when it is in use ?

To display Jog Dial Window only when using the Jog Dial.
The following settings will allow the Jog Dial Window to appear only when it is in use.
Setup procedure:
==============
1) Click the "Setup" button in the lower right corner of the Jog Dial Window or right-click the Jog Dial icon from the Windows taskbar and select the "Jog Dial Setup (VAIO Action Setup)".
2) In VAIO Action Setup dialogue box, select "Advanced Setting 2" tab in "Jog Dial (J)", check "Show Jog Dial only when in use" box and set "Display time" to 5 seconds (default).
3) Click the "Close" button.
Now the Jog Dial Window will appear only when you operate the Jog Dial. When the time set in "Display Time" lapses, the window will disappear automatically.
