Change the video output settings to TV.
Set the television aspect ratio and signal format before outputting videos to the television.
- TV output size
Select 16:9 or 4:3 according to the television you intend to connect.
From the HOME menu, select
Settings -> Video Settings -> TV output size ->16:9 or 4:3 - Signal Format
Select the signal format that is appropriate to the television you intend to connect.
From the HOME menu, selectSettings -> Video Settings -> NTSC/PAL settings -> NTSC or PAL
