Why isn't the display turned on?
Please check the following points:
1. The power lamp isn't on
- If this symptom is noted, the power of the display may not have turned on. Take out the cable and connect it again. If there is no change to the situation, the display might have hardware problem.
2. The power lamp is turning orange. The display is turning on, but it doesn't recognize any signal from the PC.
- If you have another display or PC, connect to them. If there is no change, the display might have hardware problem. If the other display or PC works, there might be problem with the PC itself.
