Why can't the display be switched using the Fn + F7 keys when a hardware overlay is displayed?
When a hardware overlay is displayed (for example, DVgate Motion, WinDVD or Windows Media Player is running), the display cannot be switched to the external monitor.
Please refer to the following steps:
* Procedure:
1. Please close the software that displayed the overlay before switching the screen.
2. Press Fn + F7 to switch the screen. Once the screen is switched, launch the software again and this time the hardware overlay may be displayed.
Note:
If after performing the above steps, the problem still occurs, please check the specification of the external monitor.
