How to transfer pictures and videos using a Wi-Fi connection to a computer with the Windows operating system.

Before you start

• Make sure your camera is compatible with the PlayMemories Home™ (PMH) software. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
• The PlayMemories Home™ (PMH) software ver. 2.0 or later supports data import through a wireless connection.
• PlayMemories Home™ (PMH) is not supported for the ILCE-1M2, ILCE-1, ILCE-9M3, ILCE-7RM5, ILCE-7SM3, ILCE-7M4, ILCE-7CR, ILCE-7CM2, ILCE-7C, ZV-E1, ILCE-6700, ZV-E10, ZV-E10M2, ZV-1F, ZV-1M2, ILME-FX6, ILME-FX30 and ILME-FX3 cameras. Use Imaging Edge Mobile or transfer pictures or movies from the camera to a computer using USB connection.
