Why do the characters on Outlook Bar of Outlook Express appear to be partially missing?
Microsoft® has confirmed this symptom. It occurs when Outlook Express Version 6.0 is installed on Windows XP. However, this symptom does not occur when Font size is set to Extra-large.
To resolve this symptom, right-click on Outlook Bar and select Small Icons.
