    How to reset the soundbar or home theater system

    For how to reset the soundbar or home theater system, refer to the following:

    Notes:
    • The reset method differs depending on the product.
    • The settings return to their initial status. Settings such as volume, function, sound settings and/or personal information stored on the system may change.
    • Not all models are sold in all countries or regions.

    • To reset the center speaker:
      Press and hold power on the center speaker for more than 10 seconds until the resetting notification sound is heard.
      The main status indicator on the center speaker flashes in white and blue alternately and the reset starts. When the reset is complete, the center speaker will restart. Wait until the main status indicator on the center speaker flashes in white, and the power on notification sound is heard.
    • To reset the front speaker:

      Reset the left and right front speakers respectively.

      1. With the power on, press and hold LINK button on the front speaker for more than 10 seconds until the resetting notification sound is heard.
        The reset starts when the power indicator on the front speaker flashes in white and blue alternately and the resetting notification sound is heard. When the reset is complete, the power indicator will stop flashing, the power on notification sound is heard, and the front speaker will turn off.
      2. Turn on the front speaker by pressing LINK button on the front speaker.

    Note: After the reset, the device registration on the Sony | BRAVIA Connect app will be disabled. To register the device, delete the pairing information using your smartphone, and try the registration again.

    How to delete the pairing information

    The following descriptions are just examples. For details about the settings on the smartphone, refer to the smartphone manual.

    • Android smartphone
      1. Swipe down on the screen, and tap the Bluetooth icon to set the Bluetooth function to ON.
      2. Select SettingsDevice connection.
      3. On the Previously connected devices list, to the right of LE_xxxxx (the model name you want to delete), select the Settings icon.
      4. Select ForgetForget device.
    • iPhone / iPad
      1. Select SettingsBluetooth to set the Bluetooth function to ON.
      2. To the right of LE_xxxxx (the model name you want to delete), select the Information icon.
      3. Select Forget This Device.

    Hint: If LE_xxxxx (the model name you want to delete) and the device model name are displayed on the Previously connected devices list, delete both.
