Does the Bar Speaker produce sound after you check the connection with the television?

Connect the television's HDMI input terminal "eARC" or "ARC" to the Bar Speaker HDMI output terminal via the HDMI cable.
If they are already connected, remove the currently connected HDMI cable, and then firmly reinsert it.

Check the condition of HDMI cables for corrosion on the connectors, exposed wires, etc. If HDMI cable is not in good condition, replace the HDMI cable. When replacing the HDMI cable, it's recommended that the replacement HDMI cable is new or a known working cable in good condition. Avoid using long cables, adapters, and extenders.
