The LED on the charging case shows the remaining battery level of the earbuds and charging case. It can also show charging status, pairing status, and possible battery or charging issues.

Is the LED on the charging case green, orange, blue, or off? Select a status below to see what it means.

Green light on / flashing

Charging case LED pattern	What this means
The LED lights up green for about 6 seconds when you open or close the lid while the earbuds are in the charging case:	The earbuds' battery level is 95% or higher.
The LED lights up green for about 6 seconds when you open or close the lid while the earbuds are not in the charging case:	The charging case battery level is between 31% and 94%.
The LED flashes green 4 times every 0.3 seconds:	The earbuds have been initialised successfully.

Orange light on / flashing

Charging case LED pattern	What this means
The LED lights up orange for about 6 seconds when you open or close the lid while the earbuds are in the charging case:	The earbuds' battery level is between 1% and 94%.
The LED slowly flashes orange 3 times when the earbuds are not in the charging case:	The charging case battery level is between 1% and 30%.
The LED lights up orange when the charging case is closed:	Charging is in progress.
The LED lights up orange for about 1 minute, then turns off:	The earbuds and/or charging case were already fully charged when charging started.
The LED lights up orange, turns off, and then lights up orange again after 0.5 seconds:	This can happen when you open or close the charging case lid while charging, or when you insert or remove the earbuds.
The LED flashes orange twice every second:	The charging temperature is too high.
The LED flashes orange slowly every 0.5 seconds:	There is a charging issue, so charging is not possible.
The LED repeatedly flashes orange 3 times every 1.3 seconds:	The L (Left) and R (Right) earbuds are not paired with each other correctly.
The LED repeatedly flashes orange every 0.7 seconds (for up to 5 seconds total):	The earbuds can now be reset or initialised.

Blue light on / flashing

Charging case LED pattern	What this means
The LED flashes blue twice in a repeating pattern:	The earbuds are in pairing mode.
The LED flashes blue 10 times:	This can appear when the Bluetooth connection is complete, or when one or both earbuds have been placed in the charging case.

No light (LED off)

Charging case LED pattern	What this means
The LED turns off after charging starts:	This means charging is complete and the earbuds are fully charged.
The LED does not light up when you open or close the lid while the earbuds are in the charging case:	The earbuds' battery level is less than 1%.
The LED does not light up when you open or close the lid while the earbuds are not in the charging case:	The charging case battery level is less than 1%.
