WF-C500 Truly Wireless Headphones are truly amazing - light, comfortable, great sound!

Sony will not honor warranty due to item being gift and they either want me to pay to fix these terrible headphones or buy another terrible Sony product would not recommend. Product was great if you never use it but when I used daily left ear piece went out and now neither headphone will connect via bluetooth which is kind of their whole purpose

I have had these for almost 5 yrs now. I bought to wear on motorcycle rides they are only ones that were noise canceling and that fit in my ear

For a set of wireless headphones operating in the cheaper end of the headphone arena, these are fantastic little ear speakers with loads of functions and accessability. Sound quality and noise reduction is also amazing for the price. Battery life is also very good. I am getting six hours without having to charge (put into charging case) 12 months after purchase.

Got it at airport as I forgot my WFM1000 at home. Paired fine and worked for 5 mins before left earbuds started glitching. Tried everything for most of my flight and waiting time in-between, sucks to say I will not trust Sony anymore. Should have bought Bose or Beats

These sound great. However, my ear buds dont charge when placed in the case. It only charges if the case is connected to a power supply. :( No idea why this is the case.

Melted after regular use for 30 months. Do not buy. A quick search shows this is a known issue.

I am disappointed with the ability of these earbuds to hold their charge. Even after fully charging both the buds & the case, the right hand bud is always showing as 0% very disappointed as this is the 2nd set of expensive Sony ear pods, that have let me down with Charging issues

3 months After the 12 warranty expired one earbud stopped working and used infrequently. Nice sound otherwise so disappointed.

This is my second set, usually use it for motorcycle touring on the long rides. Only if was slightly contoured to the inside shape of ears, would be perfect for inside the helmet. Still works well and reduces DB level considerably.

I´ve had these for some months now and they are great! Long battery life, stable connection and very good sound at this price range. I use them mostly for running, and they sit comfortably and have never fallen off.

Worked since 2020 on me birthday n never let me down.

I bought these about 2 years ago. The quality is nice, they are not noise-cancel headphones, which is great for activities like cycling, being aware of your surroundings etc. Sony is a good brand, flexible with android and ios devices. However, their microphone is not great. I have to speak quite loud so people can hear me and sometimes they cannot hear me well at all, which leads me to remove them, defeating the whole purpose. Overall they are nice, but I would not buy again this specific product.

I bought 3 of these earbuds. The best entry level earbuds you can find in the market. The sound is so good, the size fits real nice. My teenage kids love them so much.

One year of use and the headset simply stopped working.

Had it for 9 months and still as good as new However I'm apparently not allowed to just use one word to describe it so had to add random etters - unbelievable!!!!!

I lost it so easily and couldn't do a lot with it cuz now I can't find it

Purchased a month ago for RM 199. I am not an audiophile, so works for me (casual listening). Not the most comfortable ones I guess. It does not connect to two devices at the same time, so that's a struggle sometimes. Sometimes they disconnect randomly when listening...but reconnect in a few seconds. I think it is a bug. It is OK for calls apparently, people say they can hear me clearly. I am sure there are other ordinary brands that are equally good and cheaper but it is hard to trust them. Sony gives a 15 month warranty in total, so I hope they honour it if something goes wrong.

I bought this product almost 2 years ago. The product is quite good!

had these since July 2023 and they are still great! would recommend, even if you have slightly larger ears like me

My first Bluetooth earbuds. They work well with good sound. Comfortable in the ears and easy to understand the various processes involved.

I bought the headphones a few months ago and it makes me disconnect from work stress. I love going home listening to music, they make me feel in another dimension.
