As of September 2025, My Sony, Home Entertainment & Sound cloud services, and Creators’ Cloud have merged into a single account.
If you're using different email addresses for each service, they'll remain separate. However, if you're using the same email address, your accounts will be merged automatically.

Will my current Sony account Sign-in ID or password change?
No. You can continue using your existing login details.
What if I use multiple Sony services with different email addresses?
You can still use each Sign-in ID and password as usual. Just make sure to register each Sony account separately in My Sony. In some instances you may need to set up a new password to link accounts together.
Am I eligible for Sony Store benefits by linking my account?
You may be eligible for Sony Store benefits if the email address you've linked has not previously been used to create an account on the Sony Store website (store.sony.com.au). To learn more about the latest Sony Store benefits, please visit: https://store.sony.com.au/mysony-benefits.html
Will I see updates to my account straight away?
Most changes are reflected quickly, but some updates may take up to 24 hours to show.
