The wireless speaker cannot be charged using a USB AC adaptor.

If the CHARGE indicator on the speaker does not light up, check the following points, or use the supplied AC adaptor to charge the wireless speaker.

    • If the remaining life of the speaker's internal battery is depleted, or if the speaker has not been used for a while, the CHARGE indicator of the speaker may not light up in orange and charging via USB AC adaptor may not be possible.
If this happens, use the supplied AC adaptor to charge the wireless speaker.

    • Depending on the specifications of the USB AC adaptor and/or USB cable used to charge the speaker, charging time may take longer.
Use a USB AC adaptor that can output a current of 3.0 A and an equivalent USB Type-C cable.

NOTE: The USB AC adaptor of an iPhone/iPad can also be used for charging, but charging time may take much longer.

    • Check that the USB cable is connected firmly to the speaker and USB AC adaptor. Also check that the USB AC adaptor is connected firmly to an AC outlet.
