- If the issue occurs, update the Sony | Headphones Connect app to the latest version and try the setup again.
Note: Some headphones models require a certain version of the Sony | Headphones Connect app.

- Restart the mobile device.
- Place the headphones into the charging case, close the lid and, after a few seconds, remove them again.
- Reset the headphones.
- Initialize the headphones.
