The INZONE headphones cannot connect to the computer or PlayStation®5 (INZONE H9 II)

    Check the following:

If the headphones cannot connect to the device using a USB transceiver

    • Make sure the headphones and device are turned on.
    • Switch the slide switch of the USB transceiver to PC or OTHER according to the connected device.
    • Make sure the transceiver is firmly inserted.
    • If the headphones are connected to a computer, disconnect the transceiver from the USB port, and reconnect it to another port.
    • Follow the steps below to perform pairing again with the transceiver:
      1. Press and hold the connect button on the USB transceiver and the (power) button on the headphones for about 5 seconds or more.
After the headphones enter the pairing mode, a notification sound is heard from the headphones, and the connection indicator on the USB transceiver and the power indicator on the headphones flashes twice alternately. Then you will hear a voice guidance say Pairing.

After the pairing is complete, a notification sound is heard from the headphones, and the connection indicator on the USB transceiver lights up in white.

    • Restart your computer, PS5™, or USB Type-C compatible smartphone, and reconnect it to the USB transceiver.
    • Depending on your USB Type-C compatible smartphone, you may need to complete some settings to connect with the USB transceiver.
Hint: The name of the settings displayed on the connected smartphone may vary depending on the connected smartphone (e.g., Detect USB device or Enable USB On-The-Go connection). For details, refer to the operating instructions of the smartphone.
    • If the issue is still not resolved, try the following:

      1. Turn off the connected device (computer, PS5, or USB Type-C compatible smartphone).
      2. Disconnect the USB transceiver, and reconnect it.
      3. Turn off the connected device.
    • Reset the headphones.
For details, refer to the Resetting the headset.
    • Initialize the headphones.
      Notes:
