The INZONE headphones cannot connect to the Bluetooth device (INZONE H9 II)

    Check the following:

    • Make sure the headphones are turned on.
    • Make sure the Bluetooth device is turned on and the Bluetooth function is enabled.
    • If the headphones automatically connect to the last connected device, the Bluetooth connection to the other device may fail. If this is the case, operate the last connected device to disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
    • If the device is in sleep mode, cancel the mode.
    • Make sure the Bluetooth connection is established. If Bluetooth connection is terminated, reconnect the headphones to the device via Bluetooth.
    • If the pairing information has been deleted on the Bluetooth device, perform pairing with the headphones again.
    • Reset the headphones.
    • Initialize the headphones.
      Note: Initialization returns the headphones to the factory settings and all Bluetooth pairing information is deleted. Perform the Bluetooth pairing again.

    If the LE Audio connection fails:

    • Use an Android smartphone that supports LE Audio, and make sure the smartphone's software is updated to the latest version.
    • Update the headphones' software to the latest version.
    • Switch the connection to LE Audio using the Sony | Sound Connect app. For details, refer to the Help Guide.
    • If the headphones are connected to the smartphone via Classic Audio, you need to change the LE Audio connection setting for headphones to LE Audio Priority using the Sony | Sound Connect app, and pair the headphones with the smartphone again. For details, refer to the Help Guide.
    • When connecting to a computer that supports LE Audio, turn on the LE Audio setting on your computer.
