Enabling the Infrared (IR) Port.
How to enable the Infrared (IR) Port ?
1) Click [Start] -> [Sony Folder] -> [Assistance] -> [Sony Notebook Setup].
2) Some model can be locate the icon at, click [Start] -> [VAIO] -> [Sony Notebook Setup].
3) Click the [Enable Ports] tab.
4) Click [IR Port] box to put a check in the box. Click [OK] and then [Yes] button.
