How to change the format of e-mails in Outlook Express?
Changing the format of e-mails in Outlook Express
Outlook Express allows the user to create an e-mail in Plain Text, Rich Text and HTML.

When an e-mail is sent in the Rich Text format, the message appears on the receiver's screen appropriately if the receiver's mail software supports HTML.
If the mail software or a news reader does not support HTML, the message is displayed as Plain Text accompanied with a HTML file.
