• This may occur when connecting HDMI and Bluetooth at the same time. In this case, disconnect Bluetooth and connect to devices with HDMI only.
• An HDMI connection is recommended for a stable connection.

• With some sound bar models, the volume cannot be changed using the remote control of another device. Use the remote control supplied with the sound bar or the buttons on the sound bar.
• This may also occur when connecting HDMI and Bluetooth at the same time. In this case, disconnect Bluetooth and connect to devices with HDMI only.
• For a stable connection, an HDMI connection is recommended.

• Connected devices cannot be turned off from the TV. Turn off the connected devices manually.
• Depending on the device, you can use the function to turn the power off automatically when no signal is detected.

• Every terminal on all 4K/8K BRAVIA TVs supports HDCP 2.2 or 2.3 protocol. Also all HDMI inputs are HDR compatible.

• Supported format: HDR 10 / HLG (Hybrid Log-gamma) / DolbyVision
  Note: Depending on the model, some formats may not be supported.

  • HDR10:
    An HDR technology standard used with Ultra HD Blu-ray.
  • HLG (Hybrid Log-gamma):
    HLG, as the name suggests, is a “hybrid” format that enables the output of HDR images similar to HDR10 and Dolby Vision. It can also express pictures with well-balanced brightness even in TVs in SDR (Standard Dynamic Range).
  • Dolby Vision:
    One of the HDR technology standards developed by Dolby. It brings scenes to life with striking highlights, deeper shadows, and vibrant colors. Connect an HDMI cable to the HDMI port labeled eARC/ARC:

1. On the back of your TV, find the HDMI IN port (A) labeled eARC/ARC.
2. On the back of your Soundbar, find the HDMI OUT port (C) labeled eARC/ARC.
3. Connect both ports with the HDMI cable (B).
   Note: To use the eARC feature, an ethernet-compatible HDMI cable is required.

• B: HDMI cable
• C: HDMI OUT (eARC/ARC)

If the devices are connected to HDMI jacks without eARC/ARC, no sound will be output from the Soundbar.
